Cleverland St, Atlanta
A modern transitional home, built around the kitchen.
The Cleverland St project is a complete interior build for a single-family home in Atlanta where the kitchen had to do more than cook. It needed to anchor the entire open floor plan, hold its own against a dramatic staircase, and still feel calm enough to live in every day.
Our scope covered full custom cabinetry in white shaker with brushed gold pulls, Calacatta-look quartz with a true waterfall island edge, two distinct mosaic backsplashes (hexagonal in the main kitchen, pebble-style at the prep station), and integrated Thermador appliances including a microwave drawer hidden flush in the cabinetry run.
Beyond the kitchen, we delivered the powder bathroom with arched brass mirror and three-globe vintage-style vanity light, plus engineered hardwood flooring laid throughout the main level. Every detail was specified to look intentional five years from now, not just on opening day.

How we delivered it.
- Cabinet CoordinationTrim and crown mitered to align with ceiling height variation across the kitchen.
- Stone TemplatingSingle-piece quartz template for the waterfall edge to keep the vein continuous.
- Appliance IntegrationMicrowave drawer recessed into the lower cabinet bank, flush with neighboring drawer fronts.
- Mosaic LayoutField-cut both backsplashes around outlets so no tile got chopped at a switch plate.
- Floor-to-Wall FinishEngineered planks laid before final trim install for clean, gap-free baseboard returns.
The cabinetry alignment, the waterfall vein, the mosaic returns. None of those were on the contract. They just got done right.
