Throughout these Terms, “Keystone,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Keystone Extreme Renovations. “You” refers to anyone accessing or using the website.

03Quote Requests & Estimates

Quote requests submitted through this website are not binding contracts. Estimates we provide are based on the information you share and are subject to revision after an in-person consultation, site assessment, and material confirmation.

A formal written contract, signed by both parties, is required before any work begins.

04Project Contracts

Renovation projects are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Keystone, which sets out scope, schedule, pricing, materials, change orders, payments, and warranties. The Terms on this site do not replace, modify, or supersede those agreements.
