How long does a kitchen renovation take from demolition to finish?

Six to ten weeks for a full kitchen, and the calendar is set by two fixed waits rather than by the size of the crew. Cabinets are ordered before demolition and typically take four to six weeks to arrive. Countertops cannot be templated until those cabinets are installed and level, and fabrication takes another two to three weeks after that. Everything else fits around those two. A kitchen promised in three weeks is either very small or the schedule has not been thought through.
